An order you submit is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we confirm the order and dispatch it. Until then either side can walk away.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item has sold out, if the price or description was wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if the order looks fraudulent. If that happens and you have already paid, you get the full amount back.

Cash-on-delivery orders have to be confirmed with the code we email you. An order that is never confirmed expires on its own and is not dispatched.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax. The price shown at the moment you confirm the order is the price you pay, even if it changes on the site afterwards.

We accept cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or payment in advance by bank transfer or Raast to the account shown on your order page. An advance-payment order is confirmed once the money reaches our account. If it does not arrive within the time shown, the order is cancelled and its items released. Pre-orders are paid in advance only; cash on delivery is not offered for them.

Prices are set by hand and a mistake is possible. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery is a flat Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders over Rs 6,000. Karachi usually takes 1 to 2 working days, the rest of the country 3 to 5. You get a tracking number once the parcel is booked.

Those timings are what the courier tells us and what we normally see, not a guarantee. Weather, strikes and public holidays move them, and we are not liable for a delay caused by the courier — though we will chase them on your behalf and keep you posted.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable on the number given, we may charge the return cost against a refund.

You have seven days from delivery to return an item, unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached. Tell us within that window. The parcel itself does not have to be back with us by then.

Exchanges are free. For a refund, the return courier charge comes off the amount. We process refunds within two working days of the parcel reaching us, to your bank account or mobile wallet.

An item that arrives faulty, or is not what you ordered, is our cost entirely, both ways, and the seven-day window does not apply to it. Send us a photograph and we will sort it out.

Some collections are released at a set time and cannot be bought before it, however the page is reached. Stock on a drop is limited, and nothing is held for you until the order is confirmed.

Discount codes, influencer codes and promotions such as Founding Codes for pre-orders are subject to availability, carry no cash value, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawing one never affects an order already confirmed.

The Zilix name, the photography, the writing and the design of this site belong to us. You are welcome to share a product page or repost one of our pictures with credit. You may not use them to sell anything, or present them as your own.

We describe and photograph every garment as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and measurements are taken by hand with a small tolerance.

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape wholesale, or otherwise interfere with the site or with other customers’ orders.

If we get something wrong, our responsibility is limited to the value of the order it concerns. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings or a missed occasion.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under Pakistani consumer law. Where a clause here conflicts with that law, the law wins and the rest of these terms carry on unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute goes before the courts of Karachi. We would far rather settle it by email first.

We may revise these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, so a later change cannot alter a sale that has already happened.
